PSYCHOTHERAPY
ABOUT

Life is a messy, wild adventure. Along the way, many of us encounter uncertain terrain, complicated relationships, and inner struggles that can feel overwhelming to navigate alone. Therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reconnect, and find steadier footing, learning how to respond to thoughts and feelings with greater clarity and compassion.
I am a dedicated, client-centered, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MACP Counselling Psychology graduate from Yorkville University. I support adolescents and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-informed, drawing from mindfulness-based practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies, humanistic values, and narrative therapy. I place particular emphasis on understanding inner experiences—such as emotions, bodily sensations, and internal dialogue—to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful patterns, strengthen self-regulation, and foster healthier relationships.
I work with individuals navigating concerns including:
-
Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Identity development and self-esteem
-
Relationship challenges and boundaries
-
Life transitions (career changes, breakups, school-related stress)
-
Procrastination, avoidance, and persistent self-doubt
I also integrate my certification in Sensory-enhanced Yoga for Self-Regulation and Trauma Healing, supporting nervous-system regulation and embodied emotional resilience. Through this integrative lens, I help clients feel more grounded, present, and empowered to respond to life with confidence, curiosity, and compassion.
