As a virtual psychotherapist, my approach lies outside the bounds of a clinical office, allowing you to reach out from wherever you are.
More than that, the Jane app from the Jane booking system you will be using allows for video calls from your phone, making things extra flexible for your busy or ever changing life.

This is not the kind of therapy where I sit there treating you like a subject to be analyzed. You are a human being after all!
As a human being, you have your own set of personal knowledge , skills, opinions, and life experience, all of which will work to help inform the process ahead.

With a holistic approach to healing, our therapeutic process can be one that draws from all sorts of healing methods and philosophies, from those grounded in clinical research, to others following more along the lines of less traditional methods and philosophies.
Together, we will look at your struggles, goals, and hopes from a wide array of lenses and angles, acknowledging the mind-body connection that encompasses everything from sleep, diet, and exercises, personal relationships, self-care, inner dialogue, life ambitions, worldview, and more.
The process of growth and self-exploration is something unique to everybody and, as such, should come with it options for how to embark on that journey.
